DON'T WAIT FOR TREATMENT!!

Friday I presented you with a dilemma. What would you do if you wanted proton beam therapy, but realized that you were going to have to wait three or four months to be treated at Loma Linda in the United States? After all, Loma Linda is the "granddaddy" of proton centers, right?
Your options would be to contact all of the centers to see what their waiting lists were like. All the other centers are as capable to treat you as Loma Linda is. Don't get hung up on the thought that they are the only place that can heal you. They're not.

I have another option for you and I wrote about it in early January and hinted to it on Friday.

There is a facility in Seoul, South Korea which opened a proton beam therapy center in 2007 to their already existed National Cancer Center which had opened in 2001. You might be saying, "how can I get to Seoul to get the treatment that I so desperately need?" The answer to that question is to contact an organization called
Patients With Passports. They can make it happen. I have been in contact with one of their representatives and he is very interested in speaking with you about this option. I don't want to make this post too long, so just contact Robin and he will walk you through the process.
